About EntryHUB.net
EntryHUB.net operates on a cost recovery basis to assist Tasmanian sporting groups implement online entry for their events. Online entry saves organisers LOTS of time and is generally well received by competitors.
Use of the site is limited to sports involved in adventure orientated activities such as multisport, adventure races, MTB, kayaking, bush based runs, orienteering and rogaining.

How does it work?
After contacting EntryHUB.net to discuss your requirements you provide the following information in an electronic (i.e. email or word document) format:
- Name of your event.
- Date and time for event.
- Event details (location, description etc) if this is not already available on your own website.
- Closure date for entries.
- Information that needs to be collected on the entry form. This can include contact details, courses, merchandise etc.
- Entry type(s) required. Two entry types are available. Individual entries where the contact person and the entrant are one and the same. Group entries where one person is the contact, but other people can be added to the entry form (a maximum number per form is defined).
- Cost of the event (if any) including late fees and the date at which late fees apply. Cost breakdowns are required. For example, is a junior entry less expensive than an adult entry?
- Terms and conditions for the event if applicable (ie Waiver).
- Name and email address of the organiser for the event.
- Details of where cheque payments should be sent, cheque made out to etc.
- Organiser's bank (BSB and Account number) or PayPal details where collected entry fees will be paid to.
EntryHUB.net sets up the entry form and provides a link to the club to allow testing. Once the form is finalized, the club provides the EntryHUB.net link to competitors.
Entrants register and the following things happen:-
- They get notification on their computer screen that the registration has been successful.
- They receive an email saying their registration has been successful. This email is customized to include details such as who cheques should be made out to and where the cheque should be sent.
- The organizer receives an email showing competitor name and entry details
An Excel spreadsheet of entry details is sent to the organizer by EntryHUB.net every day automatically up till the event date.
Collection of Entry Fees
Payment options for entry include:-
- Free event
- Pay on the day
- Cheque or money order
- Bank transfer
- PayPal (Credit card) using your account

Costs to the Organiser
50 cents per registration (individual or group so could cover a number of people per entry) is paid to EntryHUB.net to assist running this service.
EntryHUB.net is not registered for GST.
